Katelin Meredith from The Milk Moustache shares her favourite dutch pancakes recipe. They make a perfect snack or dessert!

2cups of self raising flour
1/2 cup of plain flour
2 tbsp of sugar
2 and 1/3 cups of milk
80g of melted butter
1 egg

Sift dry ingredients together.
2. In another bowl, whisk egg, and add milk and butter.
3. Whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients, and rest batter in fridge for 30 minutes before making into delicious duchies! Add any toppings you wish!
